Patrick OBrien

Patrick O'Brien is a highly accomplished dining expert currently serving as the Director of Dining Services at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, under Chartwells Higher Ed. With years of experience in high-volume college dining, Patrick has transformed dining experiences for students across multiple states. Prior to this role, Patrick spent over a decade at Aladdin Campus Dining, where they held the positions of Director of Dining and Executive Chef, focusing on exceptional food and service. Patrick also gained valuable experience as an R&D Chef with Elior N-A, creating recipes for various companies. Patrick is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, having completed their studies in 2008.
