Tom Schuckman

Tom Schuckman is an experienced Executive Chef at Chartwells Higher Ed, NYU, with a rich history in the food production industry. Having previously served as a Sales Associate at The Cheese Works and a Culinary & Baking Instructor at Hudson County Vocational High School, Tom has developed a diverse skill set in culinary arts, food and beverage management, and personnel training. Their extensive career includes roles as Executive Chef at Fuel Meals, Director of Dining Services at multiple nursing homes, and countless experiences as a Private Chef. Tom holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
