Travis Smith

Travis Smith is the Director of Dining Services at Chatwells, a position held since 2019. Previously, they served as the Director of Dining Services and Assistant Director of Dining Services at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Food Service Manager at ARAMARK Higher Education in 2017. Travis also gained valuable experience at Penta Hotels GmbH, where they took on roles including Operations Trainee, Corporate Operations Analyst, and Assistant Operations Manager between 2013 and 2015. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston's Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management in 2013.
