Meaghan Eckler, RDN, is a K-12 Food Service Director currently serving with Chartwells School Dining Services K12 since 2016. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, they began their career in healthcare as the Director of Patient Services at Morrison Healthcare from 2008 to 2015. With a passion for serving others, Meaghan has transitioned to influencing the nutritional landscape for younger generations through school food service.
