Chasing Hope House is a nonprofit organization based in Stark County, Ohio, dedicated to supporting youth ages 13–19 who are experiencing foster care involvement, housing instability, or are at risk of homelessness — including young parents.

We provide both residential and non-residential support services, meeting youth where they are while helping them stay enrolled in school, build essential life skills, and move toward stable, independent futures.

Our programs focus on:

• Mentorship and emotional support
• Specialized support for young parents through our Nurturing Futures program
