Hari Harikumar completed their PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) between 1987 and 1992. Prior to that, they obtained their ME in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution from 1985 to 1987. Hari completed their BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut from 1980 to 1985. Additionally, they also obtained a Btech degree in Engineering from the University of Calicut during the same time period.
