Currently, Juan works at Bank Negara Malaysia in the Market Conduct Surveillance and Research department, where they lead strategic consumer protection initiatives in the domestic insurance sector. Previously, Juan was involved in investment analysis at Pembangunan Ekuiti Sdn Bhd, identifying and evaluating high-growth startups for strategic investments. With exposure to data science tools and econometric analysis, Juan aims to apply analytical skills to inform policy and business decisions while contributing to continuous learning environments.
