Scott Lee, CFA, is an experienced investment strategist currently working at Bank Negara Malaysia since September 2018, where responsibilities include portfolio construction for the international FX reserve portfolio and conducting investment research on global macro strategies. Scott has developed financial models for capital market assumptions and implemented portfolio optimization strategies. Previously, Scott took a full-time study leave to complete a Master's in Finance at the University of Cambridge. Prior to this, Scott held the position of FX & ALM Trader, focusing on market operations and monetary policy implementation. Additionally, Scott co-founded and served as COO of The Malaysian SOCIAL Project, a consultancy aimed at enhancing social impact through student involvement. Internships at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP UK and Maybank Investment Banking Group provided exposure to management consulting and client coverage in financial services. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCL.
