Max Tsai

Max Tsai has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2022. Max has held various roles in different companies.

From March 2012 to December 2014, Max worked as a Freelance Photographer at Karloff Media.

In August 2013, they had a summer internship at OMV Petrom, where they gained practical experience in information technology.

In July 2015, Max worked as a Freelance Photographer at Generator of Positive Ideas until November 2015.

From December 2015 to June 2016, they worked as a Freelance Photographer at kipyat.com.

Since March 2014, Max has been working at Reditus LLP, starting as a Technical Manager until December 2021. Then, they transitioned to the role of a Technical Consultant until the present.

Most recently, Max joined Chat2Desk in December 2022 as the Head of Development.

Max Tsai attended the International Information Technologies University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Max has obtained several certifications. In December 2014, they became a 3CX Certified Engineer. Max also achieved the Cisco Sales Essential certification in January 2015 and the Cisco Unified Computing Technology Design Specialist certification in April 2015. Max further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining the Nutanix Platform Sales Rep and Nutanix Platform Sales Engineer certifications in August 2015. More recently, in April 2017, they became a 3CX Basic Certified Engineer v15, and in February 2022, they obtained the 3CX Basic Certified Engineer v18 certification. Additionally, Max completed the testing school provided by Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan in May 2022, earning further recognition in the field.
