Taisa Noetzold

Taisa Noetzold has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Taisa started their career at Valmet Celulose, Papel e Energia Ltda in 2003, where they initially worked as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning to a Marketing Analyst. In their role as a Marketing Analyst, Taisa was responsible for marketing strategy, internal and external communication, media relations, and event planning throughout South America. Taisa also collaborated with the sales team to develop specific marketing strategies for different locations and product lines. Taisa worked on creating creative campaigns, including online strategies, printed materials, temporary websites, videos, articles, and presentations.

In 2016, they joined Learn Photography Canada as a Marketing Manager. In this position, Taisa managed the marketing strategy for various entities, including Learn Photography Canada, Learn Photography Franchising, Online Camera Courses, and YYC Team Building. Taisa oversaw all phases of the online strategy, from brainstorming to campaign evaluation. Taisa also handled daily management of social media accounts using Hootsuite to increase followers and engagement levels.

Most recently, Taisa joined Chata.ai in 2017. Taisa first served as a Marketing Specialist, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams and contributed to marketing planning and strategy. Additionally, they played a role in marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and project management. Taisa then progressed to roles as a Partnerships Manager and later as the Director of Partnerships. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Growth, where they oversee the company's growth initiatives.

Taisa Noetzold completed a Degree in Marketing from Centro Universitário UNINTER from 2006 to 2008. Taisa then pursued an Executive MBA in Marketing with a focus on strategy, new technologies, and digital marketing at FAE Business school from 2009 to 2015. Taisa continued their education at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing.
