Jon Beard

Jon Beard is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in hotel management. Currently serving as General Manager at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort since August 2016, Jon has been involved in all operational aspects of the pre-opening hotel. In parallel, Jon also holds the position of General Manager at Silverwest Hotels Group, overseeing a 98-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Schertz, Texas, since 2014, where responsibilities include supporting sales efforts and cultivating client relationships. Previously, Jon managed client relations at Live in Fitness Enterprise and provided guest services at Holiday Inn Pittsburgh University Center. Jon's extensive career includes a tenure as General Manager at Hotel Indigo, where responsibilities spanned operations, human resources, and financial management. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Travel from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Associate's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration from the State University of New York College of Technology at Delhi.
