Shuette is a regenerative vineyard and farm. This means we try to work in harmony with nature and use symbiotic farming practices that help to regenerate and improve the ecosystem through human-scale agriculture. 

The farm is 12ha in total. 
The vineyard covers 4.5ha. 
Located next to the Dordogne River in Entre-Deux-Mers. 
Soil: Deep clay and mineral schist. Organically cultivated by hand for the last 30 years. 

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Cabernet Franc.
