Daniel J. has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Daniel began their career as a Business Systems Analyst for ValueOptions, Inc. in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Syntactx as a Business Systems Analyst/Developer. In 2015, they joined Pzena Investment Management as an Applications Developer. In 2016, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Moody's Analytics. In 2017, they worked as a Quantitative Developer for Jefferies. In 2018, they became VP of Engineering at Kard. In 2019, they moved to Next Caller as VP of Engineering. Most recently, in 2021, they founded Chatkick, a platform that allows teams to design, execute, and improve upon their hiring process.

Daniel J. attended Deerfield Academy from 2005 to 2007 and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Cell Biology from Binghamton University from 2007 to 2011. Daniel also holds four Coursera Course Certificates from 2016 and 2015, which include Machine Learning: Clustering & Retrieval, Machine Learning: Classification, Machine Learning: Regression, and Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach.
