Charles S. is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in natural language processing and data analysis. Currently serving as a Data Scientist III at Chatmeter since December 2018, Charles developed a state-of-the-art sentiment classifier that surpasses the performance metrics of major competitors by 10%. Previous experience at Intuit involved training a chatbot for TurboTax, collaborating with data science teams, and defining performance metrics for machine learning models. At The Control Group Media Company, Inc., Charles designed an ETL pipeline for business intelligence data, conducted statistical tests for conversion rate optimization, and created predictive models.
