Sierra Hense is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior CS Operations Manager at Chatmeter since November 2021, Sierra has progressed through multiple roles within the company, focusing on client success and operational efficiency. Prior to Chatmeter, Sierra held the position of Event Sales Manager at La Valencia Hotel and gained valuable experience through earlier roles at Tecnico Corporation and Destination Concepts, Inc. Managing event services at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa marked a significant phase in the career, emphasizing customer success in a high-end hospitality setting.
