Thales Frade has a diverse work experience starting from 2019. Thales worked for UFMG Consultoria Jr. as a Trainee and later as a Project Consultant from March 2019 to February 2020. In 2020, they joined Hubla and started as an Inside Sales representative in March 2020, and then moved on to become an Account Executive from September 2020 to August 2021. Thales later became a Category Leader from August 2021 to July 2022, and then transitioned to the role of Strategic Partnerships Manager from June 2022 to November 2022. Thales Frade is currently working at Hubla as a Sales Lead starting from November 2022.

Thales Frade completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2018 to 2022.
