Simon Foster

Simon Foster is the founder and CEO of Chatter Research, a customer feedback AI solution that provides Fortune 5000 companies with consumer data. Simon focuses on improving customer experience in the retail and hospitality industries. Prior to this, Foster was a member of the Board of Directors and co-founder of Framework-Timeraiser. Simon also served as the Chair of the Board and co-founder of the same company from 2001 to 2014. Foster was a member of the Board of Directors at Interactive Ontario from 2015 to 2018. Simon also worked at Ontario Media Development Corporation as a member of the Screen-based Industry Advisory Committee from 2014 to 2017. Foster held various roles at Blue Ant Media, including SVP Corporate Development and SVP Digital Media & Business Development, leading initiatives such as M&A, launching new corporate initiatives, and achieving audience and revenue growth targets. Simon was also involved in joint ventures with CBS / Showtime. Additionally, Foster served on the Board of Directors at Canada's National Ballet School from 2007 to 2012. Simon was the Vice President of Digital Media at GlassBOX Television Inc., where they built and profited from the company's entertainment and lifestyle digital media business. The company was later acquired by Blue Ant Media. Prior to this, Foster worked as the Director of Sales at QuickPlay Media and as the Vice President of Strategy at Snap Media, where they were responsible for successful online content strategies for various entertainment companies.

Simon Foster completed their education with an Honours BA in English from Queen's University, studying there from 1994 to 1997. Simon then pursued a Masters degree in Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1997 to 1998.
