Eric Edelman is an accomplished real estate professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, as Managing Partner at Bespin Capital, Eric focuses on revitalizing old buildings and developing new housing across the Northeast, specializing in historic tax credit development. In addition, Eric is a Managing Partner at Mana Tree Properties, overseeing a 15-building multifamily portfolio. As the Founder of Navigator Labs, Eric provides consulting and coaching for real estate and PropTech entrepreneurs, while also advising executives at ChatterBoss and TroopHR on growth strategies. Previously, Eric held multiple leadership positions at Common, contributing to the launch of its workforce housing division and enhancing city living through innovative product designs. Eric's career began at Kamcord, where as Director of Business Development, Eric led a team that significantly scaled the company's products. Eric holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and History with Honors from Bowdoin College.
