Chayah Coaching provides trauma-informed leadership coaching for women professionals who feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they truly are as leaders.

We work with capable leaders who are second-guessing decisions, leading from obligation instead of authenticity, or struggling to show up with the confidence they know they're capable of.

You don't need another productivity framework or communication technique.
You need someone to help you rebuild the internal foundation your leadership stands on so the practical skills you learn actually stick.

Our Approach: The Chayah Way™
The Chayah Way™ is a five-stage framework that moves women leaders from stuck and reactive to grounded, confident, and creating ripple effects of authentic impact.

This is leadership coaching that goes deeper than strategy. We work with the beliefs, patterns, and emotional capacity that shape how you lead, then build the practical skills on that foundation.

Evidence-Based & Trauma-Informed

Our framework integrates attachment theory, window of tolerance (Siegel), emotion regulation research, and neuroplasticity - the science of how beliefs, safety, and emotional capacity shape leadership behaviour and the brain's capacity for change.
We combine psychological insight with practical tools because lasting transformation requires both internal work and external skill-building.

Women who work with us move from:
Uncertainty and self-doubt → Confident direction
Reactive patterns → Grounded, intentional responses
Obligation-based leadership → Authentic influence
Over-functioning and burnout → Sustainable, values-aligned leadership
Surviving → Creating shelter and safety for others

Internal foundation first. Then skills that transform how you lead.
