Donna Leclair

Donna LeClair, MAOM, currently serves as Senior HR Business Partner at Community Health Centers, Inc. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Donna was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Critical Process Systems Group, leading Human Resources teams in Vermont and Arizona with a focus on coaching, talent management, and culture improvement. Donna's extensive HR experience includes positions such as Sr. Corporate Recruiter at Vermont Gas Systems, Human Resources Manager at Premier Coach Company, and various HR roles at Vermont Teddy Bear Company and Bariatrix Nutrition Company. Donna began a consulting career in Human Resources in 2002 and held the role of Director of Human Resources at Balance Bar Company from 1993 to 2000. Donna holds an MBA in Organizational Management and Human Resources from Antioch University and a BA in English from Worcester State University.
