Mark Storey is currently the Head Chef at CH&CO and has held the same position at Searcys since 2018. Previously, Mark served as Head Chef at the Millennium Copthorne Hotel from 2013 to 2015 and as Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Worldwide from 2002 to 2013. In addition to culinary expertise, Mark also worked as a Freelance Photographer for Qx Magazine from 2011 to 2020. Mark holds a City and Guilds 706-1 706-2 certification from Westminster College (1984-1986) and a Photo Imaging City & Guilds qualification in Photography from Morley College (2013-2015).
