Dominique W.'s work experience begins in 2014 as a Training Manager at Maison Kayser USA, where they supervised and trained over 25 counter personnel, servers, and cashiers. They also managed front-of-house operations, improving guest satisfaction and sales. In 2016, they worked as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where they processed orders, served coffee and food, and maintained cleanliness. From 2017 to 2017, they served as a key holder at mahzedahr bakery, performing cashiering duties and assisting customers. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Resident Assistant at CAMBA, conducting intakes, maintaining records, and performing facility inspections. Starting in 2018, they became a group leader at QSAC, assisting adults on the autism spectrum with daily life and vocational skills, collecting data, and implementing behavior support plans.
