Ofer Shamay

Ofer Shamay has a strong background in supply chain management and operations, with experience spanning multiple companies. Ofer started their career at Celletra in 2000 as a Material Manager, where they were responsible for managing materials and inventory. In 2004, they joined Medical Compression Systems as a Supply Chain Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing the entire supply chain system, including purchasing, manufacturing, warehouse, and import/export. Ofer also established maintenance and service centers in the United States and managed the distribution center. Since 2018, Ofer has been working at Check-Cap Ltd. as a Purchasing and Logistics Manager.

Ofer Shamay obtained their Practical Engineer degree in Industry and Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they were enrolled from 1982 to 1985. Additionally, they pursued the same course of study at Technion, Haifa during the same period.
