The Check in Scan app is a saas solution that allows property owners and/or rental management companies to fulfil their legal obligations regarding guest registrations for holiday rental properties. Recent legislation changes require them to collect holiday guest ID details, obtain a signature on an arrival guest registration form (parte deviajero) and also send the guest ID details to the police, within 24 hours. The Check in Scan app simplifies these manual tasks into one, replacing the usual 10 minutes per guest to around 1 minute per guest checked-in.
