Dallas DeLay is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in cybersecurity and technology recruitment. Currently serving as Team Leader for Talent Acquisition Americas at Check Point Software Technologies since October 2018, Dallas leads a team focused on identifying top talent across the Western Hemisphere. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Leader and Account Executive at Modulant, and Sr. Account Executive and Recruiter at Romack Inc., where Dallas specialized in team building and full life-cycle recruiting for technical positions. Dallas is also a founder of Feedsavvy.com, where an innovative online product was developed from concept to prototype. Education was received at the University of North Texas, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts degree.
