Jill Smith

Jill Smith is a seasoned board member with extensive experience in executive roles across various technology and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Check Point Software, MDA Space, R1 RCM, and nDimensional, Jill has a proven track record in guiding organizations focused on cybersecurity, space technologies, revenue cycle management, and machine learning applications. Previous roles include Board Chair at Aspen Technology and Federated Wireless, as well as leading positions at CIRCOR International, J.M. Huber Corporation, and Allied Minds PLC. Jill holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and additional executive education from INSEAD and Kellogg, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from London Guildhall University.
