Moshe Weiss

Moshe Weiss is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering, product development, and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering for Perimeter 81, Moshe leads a team focused on developing a Cybersecurity Platform utilizing React, MongoDB, and Node.js. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Discovers, Moshe drives the creation of innovative tools for organizations and oversees the Discovers Academy, specializing in Design Thinking and User Research. Previous roles include Director of R&D at NICE Ltd, where Moshe managed the development of a next-generation recording suite, and Senior Product, UX and R&D Division Manager at IBM, leading significant storage management products. Moshe's career also includes leadership positions at BigBand Networks and Avaya, with a foundational start as Co-Founder and CEO of Bursa-Net. Moshe holds a degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
