Rosenfeld has expertise in developing policy control and traffic management products for broadband networks, network management systems, and SCADA cyber solutions. With a strong background in OOP programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java, Rosenfeld has also worked on database access, server development, and product enhancements throughout their career.
