Roy Barda

Roy Barda is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in security and application development. Currently serving as Director and Group Manager of Web Application and API Security at Check Point Software Technologies, Roy leads the acquisition of innovative products and manages a team of 10 developers. Previous roles at Check Point include Group Manager for Endpoint Security, overseeing a team of 16 developers, and Team Leader, where Roy focused on coaching and onboarding. Prior experience includes significant contributions as a Senior Software Developer at Eternix Ltd. and the Israel Defense Forces, where Roy developed critical software infrastructure and advanced graphical systems. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
