Andrew Brown

CEO, Founder at Check

Andrew Brown is the CEO and founder of Check. Prior to this, they were the co-founder and CTO of Oyster, which was acquired by Google in September 2015. Andrew then went on to work at Google Play from September 2015 to January 2019. Before joining Google, they worked as an associate product manager from August 2011 to May 2012.

Brown has been widely recognized for their work in the tech industry. Andrew was named one of Business Insider’s “30 Under 30 in Enterprise Technology” in 2013 and 2014, and was featured on Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list in 2015.

Andrew Brown attended Duke University, where they studied computer science and economics, and Phillips Exeter Academy.
