Michael Cianos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Ecosystem & Partner Growth at Check since September 2025, Michael previously held the role of Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Guideline from October 2021 to September 2025, where management of integrated partnerships with companies such as Intuit and Square was key. Prior experiences include managing a portfolio of corporate partnerships at First Book with a focus on educational equity, co-founding the mobile app Happinin to enhance local nightlife engagement, and helping to establish B'More Clean, a service for college students that expanded significantly under Michael’s leadership.
