Gunter Thomas

Gunter Thomas has extensive experience in software development and leadership roles, currently serving as Stellvertretender Teamleiter Softwareentwicklung and Lead Software Developer at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal since April 2019. Prior to this, Gunter was Teamleiter Softwareentwicklung at Digital Republic Media Group GmbH from June 2017 to March 2019 and worked as Software-Entwickler at Silvertours GmbH from March 2016 to May 2017, focusing on the establishment of locations and leading the development of various microservices. Gunter's earlier experience includes positions at Unister GmbH as Senior Softwareentwickler and Softwareentwickler from October 2011 to February 2016. Gunter holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Informatik und Kommunikationssysteme and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Informatik from Hochschule Merseburg, completed in 2011 and 2009 respectively.
