Jens Motschmann

Jens Motschmann has held key leadership roles in operations management and corporate strategy at various organizations, including CHECK24 Vergleichsportal, where they were the Head of Department for Operations Management between 2022 and 2023. Prior to this, Jens served as Managing Director and Geschäftsführer in the Flug & Hotel sector. Their experience also spans project management and consulting roles at Webasto Group and Capgemini Invent, where they contributed to operations transformation and financial performance management. Jens earned a Master of Science in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and has also pursued studies at Regent's University London and Aalto University.
