Lena Bauer is a seasoned professional in personal development and training, currently serving as a Senior Personalentwicklerin at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal since January 2021, after progressing through various roles within the company. With a strong background in team dynamics and organizational psychology, Lena has also gained valuable experience as a freiberuflicher Trainer at LMU - Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and held multiple training and consulting positions at companies such as teamazing, TNG Technology Consulting, and PwC.
