Ashley Bartley

Ashley Bartley (Cope) is the VP of People at Checkatrade, responsible for leading HR strategies within the organization. They previously held various HR roles at WeWork, including Head of People Partners for both International and EMEA regions, and served as a Senior Manager. Before that, Ashley worked at Booking.com as an HR Business Partner and Regional HR Manager for Northern Europe. They began their HR career as a Global HR Advisor at JT Group Limited and participated in a fast-track graduate program, enhancing employee engagement and performance management. Ashley holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human Resource Management from Cardiff University.
