Gordon Pretorius

Gordon Pretorius is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Checkatrade since December 2024. Previously, Gordon held the same position at Typeform from December 2021 to November 2024 and was the Vice President of Engineering at Moonpig from June 2018 to December 2021. Gordon's career includes significant roles such as Head of Engineering at JUST EAT and Head of Development at Cergis Software Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing development teams and key projects. Gordon began the professional journey as an Analytical Developer at ProActive Integrators after earning a Bachelor in Information Technology (Software Engineering) from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Liverpool.
