Yazad B. has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. In 2015, Yazad completed a work experience placement with the GOS team at Cushman & Wakefield, where they gained knowledge in client management, global communication, and project management. In 2018, they had another work experience opportunity with U+I (U and I Group PLC), working with the Regeneration team and participating in on-site assessments, project evaluations, and public reviews. Later that year, Yazad joined Primero Apartments Ltd as the Head of Operations, where they oversaw daily operations until mid-2019. From 2019 to 2020, Yazad worked at Leaders Romans Group as a New Business Advisor and later as a Senior New Business Advisor, achieving recognition and awards for exceptional sales performance. Most recently, Yazad joined Checkboard in 2020, initially as a Business Development Executive, then as a Business Development Manager, and currently holds the position of Sales and Partnerships Director.

Yazad B. completed their education at the University of Reading from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Preston Manor Sixth Form and pursued A-Level subjects, including Geography (A*), Politics (A), and History (B).

In addition to their academic qualifications, Yazad has acquired certifications in Food Allergy Online Training from the Food Standards Agency, which they obtained in August 2018. Yazad also acquired Adult First Aid certification from St Johns Ambulance in October 2019.
