Maddy Drachler

Maddy Drachler has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and human resources sectors since 2010. Maddy began their career in 2010 as a Client Services Assistant at Bay State Psychological Associates. In 2012, they moved to Brightcove as a Human Resources professional. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Circle as a Program Manager and Operations professional. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Brightcove as a Manager of Sales Engineering & Channel and a Channel & Operations Manager. In 2020, they moved to Employment Hero as a Sales Operations Manager, where they worked with cloud platforms to make employing people easier. In 2022, they began working as a Revenue Operations Manager at Checkbox.ai.

Maddy Drachler attended Northeastern University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Maddy then attended the University of Sydney in 2017, studying Data Science.
