Fred Kirschbaum

Fred Kirschbaum has over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Fred started their career at Nielsen Media Research, where they worked as a Financial Services Manager and later became a Financial Analysis Manager. In 1995, they joined Breed Technologies, Inc as an Assistant Controller, overseeing operations. Fred then moved to AutoNation, where they served as the Director of Corporate Accounting. Fred further advanced their career at Shelton Dealerships Group as the Chief Financial Officer/VP before joining Savannah College of Art and Design as the Controller. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer/VP/Director/Secretary/Treasurer at Checkered Flag Auto Group, where they are responsible for various aspects of the company's operations.

Fred Kirschbaum holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Tampa, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago, completing their studies from 1983 to 1985. Fred'seducational background also includes an AS in Accounting from Triton College, where they studied from 1980 to 1983. In terms of additional certifications, Fred has obtained an IREM Skill Badge in Budgeting and Accounting from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in August 2022.
