Michael Hogers has extensive experience in quantitative finance and engineering, beginning with a role as a Data Analyst at Zanders in 2016. Hogers later went on to serve as a Quantitative Developer at Open Source Investor Services B.V. from March 2017 to September 2019. Following this, a position as Founding Engineer and then Tech Lead at Accuria spanned from February 2023 to October 2025.
