Pascal Delange

Pascal Delange is a seasoned technology leader and expert in data management and compliance, currently serving as Co-founder and CTO at Marble since March 2023, where the focus is on developing a next-generation decision engine for fraud and compliance in financial services. Previously, from October 2017 to August 2023, Pascal held several key roles at Shine, including Director of Engineering, Head of Data and DPO, and Data Engineer, contributing to the company's significant growth and enhancing its banking features and compliance processes. Pascal's academic background includes a PhD in condensed matter physics from École Polytechnique, where research involved predicting complex material properties and leading multiple international projects. Additional research internships were completed at the University of Cambridge and The University of Tokyo, focusing on magnetism and optical optimization, respectively.
