Ella Mintchikowsky has a diverse work experience in the technical support and quality assurance fields. Ella started their career at Amdocs in 2005 as a Software Quality Engineer. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at IBM (formerly Watchfire) as a Senior QA Engineer, where they conducted manual application testing and automated testing system scenarios. In 2012, they joined QualiSystems as a Support Engineer and worked there until 2015. Ella then joined NoPassword by WiActs in 2016 as a Technical Support Professional, where they facilitated the implementation of single sign-on and identity management systems. In the same year, they also started working at Checkmarx as a Technical Support Engineer, providing customer support and handling complex cases. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Technical Support Team Lead, responsible for managing a global team of support engineers and delivering outstanding customer support to enterprise clients. Ella's work experience demonstrates their expertise and growth in the technical support and quality assurance fields.

Ella Mintchikowsky earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2001 and 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Haifa from 2004 to 2008.
