Maayan also worked at ClickSoftware from 2011 to 2014 in roles such as Training Manager & Internal Knowledge Management, where they managed training processes and developed training content, and as a Business Operations Engineer, where they managed the Salesforce system and provided support to customers. Additionally, Assayag worked as a Microsoft Office Trainer at John Bryce from 2006 to 2011, where they developed and facilitated training and wrote training documents. Maayan also had roles as a Trainer and Knowledge Management at Newpan Pro and as an Excel Assistant at Collage of Management.
Maayan Assayag completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University, starting in 2011 and finishing in 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
Furthermore, they hold an additional certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), which they obtained from Salesforce in August 2019.
