Marco Ribeiro

Marco Ribeiro is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Checkmarx since September 2025, Marco previously held the position of Senior .NET Engineer at Farfetch from July 2019 to September 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Consultant III at WeDo Technologies from July 2015 to July 2019, where expertise in Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS was developed. Marco also worked as a Consultant at Sparklegend Consultoria, Lda in early 2015, and collaborated at CeSIUM from 2009 to 2013. Marco holds a Licentiate degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade do Minho, earned between 2008 and 2014.
