Omer Solomon

Omer Solomon has a diverse work experience in various HR and learning and development roles. Omer is currently working at Checkmarx as the VP HR Center of Excellence. Prior to this, they held the role of VP Employee Experience, Learning & Development at Checkmarx. Before joining Checkmarx, Omer worked at Amdocs as a Learning and OD Business Partner from 2017 to 2020. Omer also served as the Manager of Training and Tech Learning Methodologies at Shufersal from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they have experience as the Head of Learning and OD at FOX WIZEL LTD from 2012 to 2013. Omer started their career at Pelephone, where they held various instructional design and learning team lead roles from 2007 to 2012. Omer Solomon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and Hebrew language from Tel Aviv University between the years 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Bar-Ilan University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012.
