Or Flom has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career at Britannica Knowledge Systems in 2001 as a Technical Support representative and remained with the company until 2012. In 2012, they joined Xglobe as a Technical Support specialist with expertise in Windows. After working at Xglobe for a year, they moved on to Uniq Systems in 2013, where they held a position in IT. They then had a brief period of unemployment, during which they actively searched for a new challenge in the field of IT or support. Finally, in 2014, Or Flom joined Checkmarx as a Support Engineer and later progressed to the role of Senior Cloud Operations Engineer. Currently, they are serving as the Cloud Operations Team Leader at Checkmarx.

Or Flom began their education in the field of computer technology, specifically in the area of Microsoft systems. In 2002, they obtained a certification in MCSA 2003 from Microsoft.
