Or Kaynar

Or Kaynar has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1991, they began their career as a Submarine Officer in the Israeli Navy and worked in various roles until 1997. In 2005, they transitioned to the corporate sector and joined Comverse as an HR Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Head of HR and Site Manager at Convertonet. Or then moved on to RAD Data Communications, where they worked as a Global HR Business Partner from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they joined Amdocs as an HR Business Lead from 2017 to 2020.
