Shrinivas Dhande currently serves as the R&D Head of India at Checkmarx since September 2025. Prior to this role, Shrinivas held the position of Director of Software Engineering and Director & Head of R&D India at Tricentis, focusing on building engineering teams and developing highly scalable, distributed cloud SaaS products from March 2021 to September 2025. Shrinivas also worked at Avaya from October 2011 to March 2021 as Head for Emerging Products and Technology and as a Senior Manager, while earlier experiences include a Sr. Program Manager role at Cisco Systems, managing large-scale enterprise IT solutions and leading various strategic initiatives. Shrinivas began a career at Zensar as a Project Manager and at L&T Infotech as a Tech Lead, both roles contributing to the delivery of significant technological solutions. Academically, Shrinivas earned an MBA in Marketing from North Maharashtra University and a B.E. in Instrumentation from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
