Sónia Antão

Sónia Antão began their work experience in 2016 at WeDo Technologies, where they held various roles including Revenue Assurance & Billing Validation Consultant and Java Software Developer. Sónia joined Checkmarx in 2019 as a Software Developer before transitioning to the role of Product Manager in June 2022.

Sónia Antão completed their education at various institutions and achieved multiple degrees. Sónia started their academic journey in 2009 and graduated in 2016 from Universidade do Minho, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engenharia de Telecomunicações e Informática. During their studies, they also participated in an ERASMUS program at Technische Universität Wien in 2015 for a brief period, focusing on Mestrado Integrado em Engenharia de Telecomunicações e Informática. Sónia subsequently returned to Universidade do Minho and obtained their second Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engenharia de Comunicações, completing their studies in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Sónia Antão obtained a certification in "Product Management Foundations" from Pragmatic Institute in May 2023.
