Yuval Shani

Yuval Shani has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Yuval is currently the Vice President of the Cybersecurity Services Business Unit at Checkmarx since August 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Amdocs. From January 2020 to August 2022, they served as the Vice President and Head of Business Development for the Cloud & Cybersecurity Division at Amdocs, where they led product management, business development, and sales activities for cloud and cybersecurity services. Their responsibilities included designing offerings for migration, security, PaaS, and SaaS, as well as developing unique offerings for application modernization, migration, and optimization. From May 2011 to December 2019, Yuval was the Vice President of Sales at Amdocs usa. Earlier in their career at Amdocs, they held multiple roles such as Director of Customer Success from February 2009 to September 2011, Account Manager (Director) from June 2007 to January 2009, Development Manager from January 2005 to May 2007, CRM Development Group Leader from January 2002 to December 2004, and Software Developer from August 1998 to January 2002. In these positions, they managed teams, led mega implementations of mission-critical applications, and oversaw the delivery of enterprise and operation support systems.

Yuval Shani attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a B.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering and IT. Following this, they pursued an MBA at Bar-Ilan University from 2002 to 2005, specializing in Business and IT. In 2014, they attended The Wharton School for Executive Education, focusing on Leadership.
